A gentle yoga and sound healing class to help you slow down and reconnect with your body.
We use simple movement to release tension, breathe deeply, and relax the mind. Through the practice, you’ll stretch, soften tight areas, and let your breath guide you back to a calmer state.
We finish with soothing sound healing to help you fully relax, reset, and feel more at ease in your body and mind.
